Personal Logo Project

This project will use the processes of design that we have been exploring to create a personal logo.

This logo will fuse 2 different images to create a new meaning that somehow describes you, such as an interest you have, or some aspect of your personality or life.

To begin, collect images that have some connection to you, like human made objects such as a camera, a musical instrument, a light bulb, or natural things such as a type of plant , an animal or some other natural occurrence.

Find MANY different images of these descriptive things, post them to you blog along with a list of metaphorical words that may compare the 2 things.

Visual Metaphors - Fusing Imagery

Find an example of a visual metaphor, copy it into your blog, and describe the meaning of the metaphor.

You might find that many visual metaphors combine 2 images to create a completely new and different meaning.

How did the metaphor you found use different images?
